I never write reviews but this time I confess they deserve one. The perfect customer service, the terrace stoves a great detail, the toasts and the coffee at 10 and the perfect price to make you feel that you have paid for the game and not the box. For now they will be my choice when the desire for a drink and the location combine. Thank you for doing things with customers in mind.

That moment when you order a coffee and they serve you well and with a smile but suddenly everything goes to hell when your child spills it accidentally. I must be very unused to it as I was expecting them to help me clean it, ask me if we were okay (the baby poured the hot coffee on us) and even less offer me another coffee. I know they are not required, but they are details that count. No?

Who has not been there does not know what is lost. For me, it is the place in Valencia where it best combines the pleasure of being in an exclusive and unprecedented place, with that picturesque square, which is undoubtedly a magnificent refuge to disconnect in the most central enclave of the city. With a gastronomy without cheating, which enjoys a menu that is all top quality, perfect for sharing. It also has an excellent and very friendly service! You never fail!

I have been going for about 5 years or so, the treatment always impeccable, attentive, clean. I love food, they mix tradition with new cooking trends, they always surprise and delicious !! The location in a beautiful little square invites conversation. I come back whenever I have the chance

We ate terrific. We were surprised. We share several dishes. We really liked the patatas bravas and the slightly spicy chicken wings. There is a good quality price relation. We will return for sure

The restaurant seemed like a nice place to rest during our visit to Valencia, so me and my partner ordered a salad and a sandwich. Whilst the salad took around 15 mins to come, we had to wait way more for the sandwich. After 30 mins of waiting, I had to remind the waiter about the sandwich, and it took them another 15 mins (total of 45 mins) to bring it to the table. I was a bit shocked to see that no discount or apology was offered for this delay. Moreover, the staff wasn't particularly friendly, and the food was quite overpriced compared to other places in the city centre. Hence, I'd recommend a different place.

Attention of 10, very original food in addition to changing the dishes of the day and the place is very beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended the salmon tataki with wakame :)

Different breakfasts and lunches. If you are looking for something special, apart from the ordinary bars, here is an option with a good terrace in a quiet and central square. What is very appreciated now that we are with the social limitations of health

Entering a restaurant today is a leap of faith. You need to have faith and confidence that the waiters and cooks of the premises will make use of the hygienic sanitary measures imposed given the Covid-19 pandemic that they will not only make you enjoy the experience more, but also reduce the risk of exposure. In this case, the leap of faith is a leap into the void. At times on, at times off, eating at the bar ... Valuing the food and highlighting the unprofessionalism of the service make no sense after this experience, the rule must be met, pay € 15 per person or € 100.

A chicken delicacy, melts in your mouth. The beer, the wine and its tapas are the best, it is that everything comes together, the attention is so friendly, super clean and respecting the environment, a pedestrian zone in the center of Valencia. Perfect to go with family, friends, etc ... highly recommended.

Fantastic local. Its location in the historic center, the treatment, its flavor. Highly recommended !! It is perfect for a drink, lunch or dinner. Without a doubt, the best place in Carmen!

Lovely square, coffee and food. We visited in August and enjoyed sitting here for a few hours. They have oat milk for coffee which was great, we enjoyed iced coffees as well as Valencia guacamole and tomato salad. Service was pretty slow and food arrived a good 15 minutes apart which is the reason for 4 out of 5 stars. Would definitely return though :)

Charming waiters, dream terrace, especially at night when the lights are on. The patatas bravas have an original and delicious touch. They had the detail of giving us hummus and it was impressive. There are usually musicians playing non-invasive that make the experience something very magical. Among them a guitarist scored some Spanish guitar songs that left us mesmerized. We will be back for the smoothie breakfasts.

Great food and good, quick service

Nice staff served us good coffee and juice to a reasonable price. Both the cortado and the cappuccino were good.

It’s okay, but unfortunately they’ve abandoned the star dish, an excellent roast beef with arugula, mustard and parmesan that paired magnificently with the unsurpassed sweet potato and potato bravas. Now the roast beef goes in a sandwich that neither fu nor fa.

Great service and lovely spot to read a book

One of my favourite places in the neighborhood to go have a drink in the afternoon. The have indoor and outdoor seating on a big terrace. Food is also good, love their baked Bravas. Staff Is very helpful and attentive.

A charming place located in the center of Valencia, where you can enjoy very good homemade food that shows that it is made with love, care and good product. The patatas bravas are fantastic The service is very friendly and the quality / price ratio very good. A highly recommended place.

SANGRIA. The sangria was amazing! And in a fantastic sized sharing jug! The ribs were divine and had amazing flavour. Went here several times over our weekend stay. Really great!

Really bad attention given by the staff. As they have a good location they overcharge and do not take care of their costumers. Standard food that does not fullfil expectations given by the menu and prices. Small tables quite dirty

Very friendly service and a bit of piece and quiet after the hustle and bustle of old town. We tried the Patatas Bravas and the Toma Tomate. Both were tasty with very generous portions! Could have been split 4 ways if you’re only after a lite bite!

Stopped here on reliance of the rest of the reviews. They were fairly busy and no tables were available outside. We said we would wait and ordered a drink inside. After around 20 mins we were approached by a very direct waitress and asked if we were going to order dinner as people were waiting to eat at a table outside. We responded saying we hadn’t seen the menu yet but for now were just having drinks, before being taken to an outdoor table with a menu. About 5 mins later we decided that nothing stood out from the menu (the food looked good, but we can get tacos, etc at home so decided we’d try a Spanish restaurant instead). When I went inside to pay, I was confronted with an aggressive waitress asking why we didn’t order any food. She called out to me across the restaurant causing everyone to stop and watch what was happening. I ignored her and instead asked the guy I was paying whether I had done anything wrong. He apologised. Don’t think this place deserves the ratings it receives. No authentic food and pretty poor service.

This became our regular spot for coffee during our stay in Valencia. They served reliably good coffee in a quaint square that was set aside from the more touristy central plaza. It has a relaxed atmosphere but the service could be a little slow at times.

Great drinks and very reasonable and the food is good. However, the service from some staff is beyond appalling. Openly rude and dismissive. Finished drinks and no waiter was visible for a while at the seats in the passage, so went inside to order, even taking glasses back with me. Lady inside told me to go away and find a waiter. Lucky the agua de Valencia is great!

Lovely coffee!

Come here for the atmosphere. Food is a bit overpriced and so are drinks when compared to other places in Valencia. Food is nice though. People waiting +/-20 minutes before they could order... meanwhile staff is chatting inside the restaurant with each other, not paying any attention to the customers or surroundings... could be better.

Excellent food and great place to chill. Super friendly staff and a very good selection of local beer.
